At Tool Sathi, we aim to provide high-quality online courses to help you build a successful career. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy.

Eligibility for Refund

  • You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing the course if you are not satisfied with the content or experience, provided that the course content has not been consumed beyond 10%.

  • Refund requests must be made via email at support@toolsathi.com

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your order number and reason for the request. We will process your refund request within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • After the 7-day period, refunds will no longer be issued.

  • Refunds are not available for courses that have been consumed more than 10%

Refund Process

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay).

Course Content and Access

If a refund is issued, you will lose access to the course and any materials associated with it.
